About the event
Yoga is more than a physical practice, it encompasses many different aspects of our lives, and one of them is food - what we eat is what we are, what we practice translates on our plates. Practicing "ahimsa" non-violence reflects our kindness towards all living things. Join me for a morning Yoga practice which will focus on opening our heart chakra to invite more kindness into our lives, followed by a 3 hour hands-on vegan cooking class with the amazing Debora (foodbydebora.com) who will guide us through a 4-5 course plant-based menu , all crafted with delicious & nutritious ingredients, which will leave you feeling empowered to re-create at home for your loved ones.
