About the event
Join me and the lovely Lucia Ranieri, our catering chef, for a yoga & cooking class experience which entice all your senses. With Yoga we prepare the body to bring awareness to the digestive system and a gentle vinyasa practice to open and prepare Body & Mind for the experience in the kitchen.
We then join Lucia in the kitchen, where we roll up our sleeves, don our aprons and start smelling, tasting & manipulating the ingredients to make simple yet delicious dishes like Parmigiana di Melanzane, Lasagna di Zucca e Porcini, Polpettine di Zucchine al forno, Rotolo Vegetale, Tiramisu', and so many other dishes which are pure vegetarian delicacies. Lucia is a passionate chef who cherishes her Napolitan roots, having learned cooking techniques and secrets passed from generations, and integrating them into the modern vegetarian world.

Price: 110/per person
What's included: 45 minute Vinyasa Yoga class, 4 course menu cooking class (1 appetizer, 1 main course, 1 second dish and 1 dessert).
Minimum number of participants 4, Maximum 6.
Participants will make at least 1 dish completely on their own, possibly 2 plus particpate in demonstrations about key cooking techniques.
Communal Lunch after the class, we share our delicious food and celebrate by eating alltogether.
